Welcome to the Club 10 Officer Intranet. Here you find all you need regarding the systems and processes regarding Club 10 administration within State Associations.

To assist in the protection of the Club 10 Framework's content, including the checklists, resources and benefits, Gymnastics Australia requires all who enter this site agree to the following terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS | CLUB 10 OFFICER INTRANET USER AGREEMENT

Definitions:

"Club 10 Officer Intranet" or "the Intranet" The internal website accessible only to Authorised Users. This site contains all relevant information pertaining to the delivery of Club 10 to affiliated gymnastics clubs.

"Authorised User" State Club 10 Officers, Executive Directors and/or other relevant staff who have signed and returned the Club 10 Confidentiality Agreement.

"Information within the Intranet", "Documents" and "Material" All content within the Intranet pertaining to the Club 10 Framework, inlcuding, but not limited to, procedures, rules, position descriptions etc.

"Checklists" The official accreditation tools used by clubs for the application and verification of Club 10 Accreditation such as Star 3.

"Resources" Templates, examples and fact sheets used to explain and provide assistance to clubs regarding the various National Standards and benchmarks within Club 10.

"External Organisation" Any organisation that is not affiliated to a State Association or Gymnastics Australia.

"Confidentiality Agreement" The declaration by the Authorised User stating that they will comply with all non-disclosure rules relating to the Club 10 Framework and evidence/documentation submitted by affiliated clubs for Club 10 Accreditation.

In the following Terms and Conditions, "You" meaning the "Authorised User" may refer to the State Association as an organisation as well as the physical person actually using the Intranet, as the case may be.

1. These Terms and Conditions govern Your use of the Club 10 Officer Intranet.

2. Documents, Resources and other Material may be added to or withdrawn from the Intranet without prior notice.

3. Gymnastics Australia uses all reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date Information within the Intranet. Gymnastics Australia shall not be liable for any direct or indirect issues or problems arising from the use or inability to use the Intranet or any errors, misinterpretations or ommissions on the Material contained within the Intranet.

4. The Information within the Intranet has been prepared with reasonable care and is believed by Gymnastics Australia to be legal, honest, decent and truthful as at the date of its preparation.

5. You acknowledge that the Intranet contains Information, data, photographs, logos and other Material that are protected by copyright. All rights (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) within the Intranet belong to Gymnastics Australia. You agree to comply with the copyright notice or additional restrictions contained within the Intranet.

6. You may use the Intranet only for Your own use directly related to Club 10 matters only, in particular for servicing affiliated gymnastics clubs working towards a Club 10 Accreditation. You may not distribute (excluding Resources and Checklists) any Information within the Intranet, in whole or in part. You are not permitted to modify any Information, in whole or in part, within the Intranet without prior written consent from Gymnastics Australia's Club 10 Manager. Redistribution of Documents and Information within the Intranet to External Organisations is prohibited. In the event You want to redistribute any Information within the Intranet, You will need written permission from Gymnastics Australia.

7. Despite the efforts of Gymnastics Australia, the Intranet may contain Information that is not necessarily complete, accurate or up to date. You acknowledge that any reliance on such Information shall be at Your own risk and it is suggested that You verify the Information before using it, especially if there are doubts regarding the contents of the Information. Gymnastics Australia does not guarantee that the Intranet will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. No access to the Intranet will be granted to You until after the Confidentiality Agreement has been signed by You and has been received by Gymnastics Australia's Club 10 Manager.

9. You shall notify Gymnastics Australia of any known or suspected breach of security, including unauthorised disclosure or use of the Information within the Intranet or Your user name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any use of the Intranet beyond the scope of these Terms and Conditions may be grounds for termination of Your access to the Intranet, without notice and at Gymnastics Australia's absolute discretion.

10. You acknowledge that any breach by You of these terms and conditions may result in a claim against GA or loss and damage to GA. You agree to indemnify GA fully in respect of any such claim or loss and damage howsoever arising from a breach by You of these terms and conditions.

11. All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall exclusively be governed by Gymnastics Australia.
